Sometimes really bad goods. I wanted to buy transparent roof tiles. In advance, I called there to clarify which ones are in stock. They were too. But I would never have thought that you should be junked there. The panels had kinks and were partly white. The "friendly" employee from the glass case did not seem to have had his best day either. For me, gardening is a thing of the past in Wiefelstede. Clearly no recommendation to buy anything there.

There is a lot of material to build here, but apparently also a lot of B-goods. Many woods are damp, wet and therefore wavy and warped. It wouldn't be worth it to me to look for straight boards etc. for hours. Ideal for the invisible area. At least we saw that today. I would also like to be instructed otherwise! 🤷

Rude and not exactly customer-oriented. Wanted to have offered a roof made of wood and aluminum. They were too comfortable and only wanted to communicate prices without a written offer. Not really serious

Very rude and incompetent Wrong advice !! Very unfriendly when complaining It was not delivered what was ordered, when asked it was said that what they have in stock will be delivered! But we wanted what was exhibited at the garden king. The employee just said he couldn't do anything and it would be normal for them .. Which is absolute nonsense! You buy what you saw and not a totally wrong caport !!! Never again and that for about 900 € and also the garden house for about 1000!
