I found it very unprofessional to walk without interacting with the child. Since the purchase was done with the sandals, the exchange should be made. Despite the request for a refund, only one voucher was issued. This can also be used in Rastede and Hahn-Lemden. I would have preferred to take the cash ... Summary: - Unfriendly (Patzig due to exchange) - Impatient with children - Bad advice: shoes too big. Return the next day was not possible. - Don't carry half sizes and sell anyway. - No return possible, see above. If a refund had simply been made, this rating would probably never have occurred, as I would never have visited this shop again.
