Very relaxed long-distance move from Wittmund-Collrunge to Bavaria. From the first contact to the final acceptance at the move destination, everything was very friendly, relaxed and very professional. All agreements were kept, everything was made possible so that I could meet my tight deadlines. The "fixed-price move" concept convinced me, it takes the pressure and stress out of the move and I can expressly recommend it. Also for long-distance removals! We have moved with Mr. Horn and his team - and have given a one plus with an asterisk! The move went from Franconia to Langeoog - island move, car-free island, different rules! Suddenly you are dependent on the ferry, on an electric car that pulls our belongings in front of the apartment, etc. That was also new for us (this was my 20th move and I can now really judge whether a company is good or not!) - but not for Mr. Horn. Professional, clear (also in terms of expectations and actual possibilities), friendly! The offer was submitted quickly and all inquiries were answered. I obtained offers from 4 companies - 2 of them asked almost twice as much (and that was not a fixed price) and never followed their offer. The third company was also very friendly and there was almost no difference in terms of price (but also here no fixed price) - here I decided with the gut / sympathy on the phone and I decided for Mr. Horn. We have made clear agreements in writing and orally and both sides have adhered to them. What I particularly liked: the ability to transfer money and not have to have cash with you. And the atmosphere within the team and the way ALL employees deal with us, the clients. There is a friendly atmosphere, the atmosphere between Mr. Horn and his people is good and never, never, never had the feeling that they might not enjoy this work. Everyone took care of our things both during dismantling and reassembly. We have a nasty sliding door cabinet, which was also rebuilt with the greatest care. Even the heaviest rubble (our dining room table ...) arrived safely with us. Am i satisfied More than that! For me it is definitely the best of my 20 moves. I hope, of course, that there won't be a 21st move away from the island ... if so, then I know who to call.
