FOX-TOURS

Promise a lot and keep nothing. AIDA has been publishing on its website since June that there will be no trips to North America in 2020. Despite inquiries, FoxTours allegedly hadn't heard of this 😂😂😂 could be read everywhere We have still not received our deposit back for the trip. People have been waiting on the phone for weeks.

We booked a trip with Fox Tours (part of mountains and sea). Cancellation on March 17th , Travel date would be 31.3. been. After repeated deadlines and delay tactics still no money. Why are there crossed checks if you give your account details there twice beforehand? It would be my first time traveling with this dodgy company. I will definitely not book anything there again. The lawyer was hired last week. Incredible how to deal with customers here.

Was given very friendly advice

We traveled to Myanmar via FoxTours and can only report good things. The trip was breathtaking, the organization worked very well and our tour guide Tanda always had the overview and took care of everything. I can only recommend this 2-week trip over FoxTours / Berge & Meer to everyone.

Grottenschlecht. The trip was terrible, the service bad and last but not least a compensation in the amount of 8,16 Euro offered. Impudence and never again!
