As a group, we had booked a safari to Egypt for 14 days in September 2020 through Sam Reisen. Due to the corona situation, however, the concerns about starting the trip were too high for us. After some correspondence and very friendly phone calls, we were offered to withdraw from the trip in exchange for a travel voucher in the amount of the deposit, which remains valid until December 2021. I consider this behavior to be absolutely fair, especially since we have already done so in advance felt very well looked after. I can recommend this tour operator with a clear conscience

Booked for the first time with Samreisen and hopefully it won't be the last time. You rarely get such a nice and reliable service these days. Several long and helpful phone calls made me book a 1-week diving trip to Egypt at the Marsa Shagra Camp from 12th to 19th March at an absolute top price including 5 diving packages, meals, accommodation, flights and transfers. Everything was well regulated and the communication was always very fast, nice and uncomplicated. And even when my return flight was canceled for the trip home and the world turned upside down for me, Clemens Seidel and Kerstin Piller from Samreisen were permanently available to me and helped me extremely reliably, so that I could start my return flight two days later . I have rarely been so extremely satisfied with a travel agent and will definitely book here again as soon as I go on a diving trip again. I hope you don't go bankrupt through this stupid corona crisis. Keep it up, stay strong and thank you again! :)

Several times we have booked a diving safari for a whole group via SAMreisen. Last time we were from April 14th to 21st, 1919 in Egypt. Everything went well again and we felt very well looked after. We will book the next safari again via SAMreisen. Bye for now!!

Once again booked with SAM travel and the next safari is approaching. So far, everything has always been perfect. Super. tel. Advice and compared to other providers always a tad cheaper - at least during my travels!

We have already 6 times our diving vacation on SAM travel booked and were always very satisfied. The prices are cheap and everything was always done to our satisfaction and well organized. Next year we book again on SAM travel.
