Good and friendly service and clean, well maintained cars
Best option, Best choice
The staff here rock, they try to do best for the customers. Even if they don't have the exact car you want they find a way to get you a good car. Definately can't say the same for other sixt locations, but this is my favorite place to rent cars.
At first, the employee told me that couldn't find my reservation. After 5 minutes he finally made it. Then he told me that he couldn't guarantee a vehicle in the same category for me because I was more than 1h late. What's the reason for this, since I paid in advance? And couldn't find this info nowhere in the docs sent to my email. Then he gave me a car with 2 doors, even after telling him that I would carry a baby and another person during the whole period of the rental. This caused me a lot of trouble during the time I was with the car, making everything harder. Also, the car was dirty even with a candy bar package inside, on driver's door. This is the second time I rent with Sixt and I'm really disappointed wiyh the service quality. Expected much more... I'll definitely think twice and look for other options in the future.
Good services for renting a vehicle. A bit hard to locate. I had awesome service when they delivered a replacement car for me.
