Had plenty of trouble finding the drop off location because there are no signs. See picture attached. Once the car is parked go in the station to the ticket office (red writing that says 'DB') they will take the key and give you a receipt. Good luck.

What a NIGHTMARE drop off location!!!!!!! Europcar’s service on the end is abysmal!!! They give you the address of the train station, there’s NO signs or info where to leave your vehicle, NO drop off location and NO information that this is the case. No one at the station can help you as they don’t even know where Europcar is. We drove around for 90mins trying to work out where to leave the car, we ended up getting assistance from another car rental company that said we should just park anywhere and return the keys to the DB office across from Starbucks in the main station. Such a nightmare we missed our train. Never booking with Europcar again, this was the final straw.

Returning the car at the train DB ticket counter and this is a nightmare. As no indication where to leave your car, where is the return counter... Worst location for returning a car. Choose another location to return your car. It took us 1 hour driving around... We just randomly park the car in one of the parking space in front of the train station and a nice police officer is making sure that we don't get a ticket! The ticket counter is actually in the train ticket office.

If I could give zero stars, I would do it. Poor service, poor communication and in the end still a bill received, which was 80 euros higher than expected, allegedly because of excessive rental period and additional service fees, which are nowhere to be found in the contract. Despite evidence that the car was given back on time, until today the money did not get back. One hand does not know what the other one is doing. Never again Europcar.
