Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Mainz-Mombach

Avoid at all costs! We made a booking on Tuesday. We received a call on Wednesday morning to confirm the type of transporter we wanted and the details of our reservation. However, they called us on Friday, 2 minutes before closing, to communicate us that they would not have a vehicle ready for us on Saturday morning, and we could never contact back. Enterprise has destroyed our plans for moving our stuff into Mainz in our only available weekend, as all transporters are booked out in the competitor companies. We will never use this company again to rent a car. Thank you, Enterprise!

We wanted to buy lots of stuff from a store near the enterprise office. For making sure that we would definitely have a car, we did not book online and went to the office for booking just a few hours before we need a car. The staff checked all of our documents at the office and booked a car for us. We told the registrator 2-3 times that "we will go shopping if you are sure that we will have a car". He made us confident about having a car after shopping. Surprisingly, After buying tooooo many items and coming back to pick up the car, another staff member told us that we can not give you a car. It was very disappointing.

Very easy check-in and was very courteous. They accommodated us with an Automatic vehicle without issue and even upgraded us to a bigger model.
