DO NOT HIRE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. I wish I had read the reviews before renting and losing so much money. We booked the rental as it says on their website that they take debit cards. We get to the counter and apparently Frankfurt airport is exempt from that policy.. so they wanted to charge 35 euro per day for the hire. By this time it was too late to book with another company as prices were too high. So we had to pay the extra 35 euro for each day up front, plus the 250 euro deposit. When we returned the car I accenditally left my new $500 headphones under the seat and called immediately when I got home. They then proceeded to tell me that my booking didn’t exist! I told them my ergo number and to look in the car. 3 days later and numerous calls and emails they simply do not care or reply. They just stole my headphones! My 250 euro deposit still has not been refunded, and they have the audacity to send me another bill for 35 euro after I’ve paid everything in full!? I urge anyone else who has had issues with this company please contact me as I’m speaking with my lawyer to get a class action against this parasite of a company and get back compensation for the people who have been fooled and taken advantage of!

Impossible practices - dirty cars. Cars with high mileage and overdue service. Cars do not correspond to the class booked. Complaint management incapable. Better pay a few euros and a clean, safe car

Absolutely unsatisfactory service - the booked car was no longer available on the day of collection, the replacement vehicle was full of defects and after a short time had an engine failure on the highway, a replacement was only made available after more than five hours, the costs for the emergency service were paid to us Unlawfully invoiced, very badly organized complaint service, until today the reimbursement of the costs that was finally guaranteed to us did not take place.
