Simple car wash for EUR 2,707.95! On January 18th, 2020 at 11:20 am I wanted to have my car washed in the Aral petrol station Biebricher Allee 186. Unfortunately the car wash did not clean my car, but massively damaged the bumpers and fenders. The tenant of the complex was probably absent due to illness, the representation was characterized by ignorance. Despite leaving my data, no contact has been made to this day. After several calls from my side, it was said that the lessee wanted to take care of it today, January 27, 2020, after returning to work. Despite multiple attempts to call and request a call back, the lady has not yet answered. Super Service!! No more Aral !! Then I will probably have to take legal action. Unfortunately you can not give a rating without a whole star, therefore a star!

Standard ARAL clean .... wide range of snacks and drinks only the cappuccino tastes more like hot water with milk.
