Vehicle reserved online and paid in advance, driven over 1 hour to pick up vehicle and still get none. Also no call before, because allegedly no contact data in the reservation were, which was not right. The promised recall regarding the refund of my money also did not take place. All this has brought me nothing but stress and annoyance and I have to run my money now also afterwards. Never again!!!!!! Only bad!!!!!! I can only recommend to anyone to save yourself from the outset and rent cars at other well-known companies and maybe pay a few euros more !!!!!!!!
