Dropped-off a car here. Daniel was very nice and friendly. The staff inside could have been more nice and helpful.

Avis is my choice for car rental in Wiesbaden. The location is easy to get to despite not being at the main train station. The people who work there are always nice and very helpful. English is spoken. Car pick-up and drop-off is easy. There is an after hours drop box.

Friendly staff who speak English and are more than willing to help with whatever concerns you may have. Avis/Budget is really a top notch car rental agency and this office and the people working in it showcase that.

They were out of cars, so I had to take a big van. Lame. However, I was able to trade it in the next day in Mainz for a smaller car.

Professional and friendly service. Liked it.
