Hello, totally unfriendly service !!! I visit these washing facilities once a week, like today. I washed my car and drove to the vacuum cleaner, then I told the employee please number 5 and he switched it on, then I took the vacuum cleaner out and saw the suction tube is completely broken (see the photos) then I am went to the front and said the intake pipe is completely broken, he screams and says to me "you said 5 and what do you want now i won't do any more". I said "how do I know if it's broken or not". He then said "I don't care". Then I went back to the back and took a picture and went back to him and said how can you even use it and showed him the photo. He yells at me and says "if you don't like it then go somewhere else why are you coming here". "I'll go where I want, I've also paid and I would like a vacuum cleaner please" I said then he said to me. He's such an unfriendly and cheeky man, I still have two clients as witnesses and I'm still considering filing an advertisement. Then I checked every vacant vacuum cleaner and almost all of them were damaged. I was surprised because two months ago I completely damaged my leather seat with a damaged vacuum cleaner and I said that to him at the time and he said "why are you telling me that, call the company". I expect an answer from you and then I consider taking legal steps and maybe a complaint for your employee. Best regards
