Blond GIFT in the truest sense of the word. For around 2 years we (me and my wife) have chosen this location as our standard arcade. Why? Nice staff, good cappuccino not too close and not too far from where you live. What happened yesterday: For some time now, however, a small, corpulent blonde lady has been at the reception desk, I don't know what I've done - she just treats me and my wife underground. We arrive - she doesn't call any more machines from a long way off, people are let in directly in front of us, 4 people are leaving ... OK, she then condescended to let us in. She never asks us if we want to drink something when we ask about it - it is more like "now I have to go again ..." than "yes, please". We always disinfect our hands (we also have a disinfectant in the car) - here, too, we are always yelled at (disinfect hands ...) in one tone (impossible). Yesterday when I entered the hall - as always, I said hello as a politely brought up person - no answer, no reaction - (she was just filling up the disinfectant on the right-hand side of the entrance) She looked me straight in the eye and then I saw you mentioned that I just greeted you? I always thank you when the ashtray is changed - never a reaction here either ... Yesterday, October 5th, 2020 at 9:03 p.m., after approx. Staying 3 hours throws me into the wrong machine - the distance to the neighbor is too small to set. ATTENTION yes it may be that you have already said that to me - but then I am from approx. Shouting at 4-5 meters away and threatening me that I have to leave the hall next time, you told me for the 2nd time (how can you remember that with so many players) - I was a bit overreacted. Believe me, I would probably not survive a 2 lockdown with my company - act more than cautiously with everything that concerns Covid19 have my mask on more than prescribed ... - so it was not on purpose. I then left the hall voluntarily - the nice shift manager (blonde, short hair) then tried to speak to me (I have to understand ...). It's not about the "passing away" (the distance seemed big enough to me) it's about how !!!!. By the way, she wasn't wearing a mask behind the bar - when I picked up my cappuccino. There are older women (players) who walk around without a mask and nobody says anything. The rest of the staff a lady (with dark hair) felt shift management and yesterday's shift management are real pearls :-). It's a shame that I and my wife will no longer enter the hall. I have a few gambling halls as customers and I am a service provider myself, but training is urgently needed here! My 16 Google rating and the first NEGATIVE!
