We have had very good experiences with the entire Grossmann team. The team took as much time for the advice as we needed for the selection and decision. The order and delivery went within the specified period. Before the lettering, we received pictures and were able to express wishes that were implemented. E-mails were answered immediately and a short-term reordering of a vase could be considered. The announced date for the construction of the tomb was met and in the evening we could see the finished result. Very professional - we are very satisfied with the process and execution and in reality the grave exactly meets our expectations (May 20 version).

I can only recommend this company. Very friendly customer service and what is even more important, from the awarding of the contract to the completion of the urn grave, everything was perfect. The grave of my mother has become beautiful and I would like to thank you once again. Anyone who does such good work does not have to worry about orders.

There is still one star too many. In this industry, one should be more sensitive to mourners, which the owner has no control over. Very impolite!!! I can't recommend and will never use it again.
