Yesterday I called the Menz company and said that I needed 2-3 buckets of paving stone! The very friendly lady explained to me where I can pick it up, as there is also a second business location! What the lady unfortunately forgot to tell me was the fact that Menz has a minimum value of € 10.00! So I drove to Mainzer Straße 155 and showed my small 40 liter garden tub in the office and said that I needed some paving stone! The employee told me that I should drive the car on the scales, press the button, pull out the weighing slip, load grit, put it back on the scales (truck scales for vehicles up to at least 40 tons, accuracy for small quantities ???) and then pay at the machine in the office! Then the shock, grit 2-5 mm, 0.06 to = 60 kg for € 2.52, plus minimum goods value € 7.48 = € 10.00 Why, I charged myself, no employee had to sacrifice their time for me, except for the scales, no machine was needed! Had I been told that beforehand, I would at least have had the option of either bringing more containers or buying the grit elsewhere! It's just like going to Rewe and buying a cucumber and at the checkout it says € 10.00 because of the minimum value of the goods! It would be fair if you pointed this out to small customers or if you used a small scale and only calculates what you take with you! Thanks for the great service!

I am disappointed that you do not get the full purchase price back when you return it and that 4-5 hours later after one employee said take two buckets of joint sand with you, you can bring the other one back if you do not need it. He probably forgot to tell me that 20% less will be paid back. I only got € 55 instead of € 70. 15 € for the processing of the return I think is exaggerated. These are approx. 20% If I deal with my customers like this, I would end up with fewer recommendations. Normally I would have to leave a star because an employee was unfriendly to me. Since I get on well with the rest of the employees, I leave it with the one star. Still, you have to mention something like that, it doesn't work.

I cannot recommend it. Then I found what I was looking for elsewhere.

Absolutely arrogant in communication and product inquiries. Poor information. Buy somewhere else.
