a lousy deal. I wanted to return a pair of pants and had the purchase cards. However, they told me they didn't know if I took it now and it wasn't true, my tickets. They weren't friendly at all.

Still thrilled at the opening ... Was there this morning and stood at the cash register for 10 minutes. Unfortunately I forgot something, so go back in and wait 20 minutes. The queue was so long that you couldn't keep a Corona distance anymore and at the cash register the saleswoman has been discussing for 6 minutes about any coupons instead of calling second cash register.

Great and super helpful team and an exemplary decent branch. Super sorted. Here you will find everything that the heart of a dm customer expects. Here I am person ... this is where I shop. If you haven't been here yet, you've missed something. So off to this branch! Stay the way you are, you are great !!!!

So far no bad experiences. Clean and tidy shop. Staff is helpful and competent.

If you do not want small children in your business premises, then you have to take the children's items out of the range !!! Just because my 2.5 year old son took an item off the shelf and threw it on the floor and was just about to pick it up, we were verbally attacked by the branch manager Ms. Riedel and she even wanted to throw us out of the store !! Incomprehensible!!! She was more than rude and even got very loud in her tone that really scared my son !! And something as a branch manager! If the lady is overwhelmed with her job, she should be dumped as soon as possible and retired! It's good that the Rossmann is around the corner as a very good alternative !!!
