My experience? Very unfriendly staff ... at the checkout as well as in sales .. unfortunately I am forced to visit this branch because it is close to me .. you don't even dare to ask a saleswoman for help, because you already have the pissed off faces in front of you sees ... especially the short lady with the black hair ... you you how can you hire something ... in the sense of good luck and from me an award for the most unsympathetic branch in Wiesbaden 😉
Very well sorted and nice shop assistants.
Staff totally unfriendly. I was there today (08.08.19) and at the box office between 17:50 - 18:00. The old woman with short black hair was totally rude. Pity I like Rossmann but with this branch NEVER AGAIN. The worst Rossmann I visited.
The worst Rossmann I've ever visited .. WOMAN Pavilon was totally rude and could not help me any further. Can not recommend the branch ..
