Unpleasant shop assistant. Be careful! You cannot return anything you bought there for a refund. You will only get a coupon with a deadline!

They give me the scanned photos in a CD and I have no way to open a CD so asked for transfer it to my hard drive, the guy said it wasn't his problem. Of course it is your problem, Im paying for that... So guy no worries I won't return Update: the cd doesn't contain MY photos...
