Fast service and friendly people here. I had an IPhone that didn’t work. They said to drop it off and return in 90 mins. It was ready when I walked in the door. The apple store requires an appointment just to drop something off..

My new go-to Apple retailer/repair shop in Mainz. Reasonable turn-around time for laptop repair (was told by their competitor it would take 2+ weeks to look at my device and Prostore offered to take it on the spot!) and when they couldn’t reproduce the issues I was having (hence the 4 stars instead of 5) they didn’t charge me for the diagnosis. One of the few stores I’ve come across in Mainz that truly understands the importance of customer service and the benefits of creating customer loyalty!
