5 years ago I bought my mini computer from there because my old one could not be saved, but all data was backed up and placed on the computer. A week ago the mini-computer broke too, my own fault! For this, too, a used small computer was quickly and cheaply made and my data and photos were backed up. I can only recommend the "Computertechnik Gerbig" :)

Simply competent and uncomplicated. Mr. Gerbig quickly recognizes where the problem is and offers solutions that exceed expectations. He was able to reliably save the data on my defective hard drive and was able to offer me a good solution for a new notebook that exactly met my wishes in terms of price-performance ratio. Mr. Gerbig is very personable and courteous and easy to talk to. I would use his service again at any time!

Unbeatable quality and competence at absolutely justified prices! Here you will be helped! My laptop (about 6 years old) was extremely slow and kept dropping out. I was faced with the choice of getting a new device or refreshing the old device again. I passed in the morning without an appointment and was received promptly and very friendly and served directly. After a brief visual inspection by an employee (later it turned out that the owner was Mr. Gerbig), I was advised to upgrade the laptop with more RAM and a faster hard drive. On top of that, the operating system should be reloaded. The offer I received corresponded to my budget and it was agreed that the renovation work would take about 1-2 days. In the late afternoon I got the call that the device could already be picked up and work on it was finished. I have NEVER expected a service to be completed so quickly in my life. The next day, I came by again in the morning and had the device demonstrated to me - this time by an employee. I was absolutely thrilled with the massive speed and performance of the laptop after the conversion. In addition, the device was dusted at no additional cost. The shop is very small, but you shouldn't let that put you off. The skills that the staff at this store have to offer cannot be put into words. Big chains like "PC-Spezialist" can really cut a slice here. I would like to give this shop 100 stars, unfortunately five is the maximum here! Please support this business! It really deserves to go on!

This business must remain! Had actually written off my cell phone after a fall damage. Even without an appointment, I was served immediately and was given competent advice. After the fall damage, my cell phone could no longer be switched on. After paying a flat-rate error analysis, I couldn't believe that my cell phone would work again the next day. According to Mr. Gerbig, the fall damage caused the battery to separate from the circuit board and could therefore no longer be switched on without power. Fully charged and functional, I got my cell phone back at an unbeatable great price and indescribably brilliant service! Please support this entrepreneur! He really deserved to stay! I can only join the previous speakers!

Super quick response via the contact form on the homepage, incredibly competent feedback and super friendly and professional service - even at my home! I had problems with my computer because it was very slow. Normal use of the internet was not possible. I was referred to this PC workshop on the recommendation of a friend and was absolutely overwhelmed by the range of services. On-site service, including error analysis on site and always with the premise "We won't leave here without a solution" - that's how service should be! My problem was solved within a very short time and my PC is running great again! Please give Mr. Gerbig and his team a chance, they will not be disappointed!
