I have never had contact with such unprofessional and small-minded staff in my life. They have never heard of a cell phone in their lives. It is more cost-effective to pay for a ticket to Hamburg and go to the consulate there than to this mental institution. We had an appointment, but we were not allowed to leave at the reception. The woman at the front desk showed 0 interests, but was forgiven when she was obviously sick to the head.
