Mother‘s Day Flowers were delivered to our home for my wife. They accidentally forgot to deliver the flowers in the ordered vase. Without me asking, the owner made a special trip to our home with the vase, an apology and a beautiful assortment of small flowers to demonstrate his appreciation for customers. This is customer service at its finest. I will always buy flowers from this company due to that kind act, its good owner and the great customer service provided during the ordering process. Thank you.

Were there twice to order wreaths for a funeral, unfortunately the saleswoman was annoyed and not at all interested in following our wishes and ideas. In the end we went too far ... a shame because I know the flower shop from childhood.
