Super great shop! Especially recommended if you are looking for a gift (the various wooden boards or wine racks are great) or if you just like great, high-quality wooden furniture.

The WerkStadt in Mainz builds its customers beautiful furniture in classic handcraft. After I have already bought smaller furniture, I am currently having a kitchen built. The care and advice from the owners and staff is outstanding. All people should consider that the WerkStadt is a handicraft business that builds furniture individually, builds to measure and adheres to the wishes of the customers. For this reason, you should take the time to discuss everything with the carpenter in detail and participate in the development process in the carpentry - this is expressly desired and is a great experience for non-craftsmen (like me). In terms of price, I find the furniture absolutely appropriate. We speak of handcraft and solid wood! Of course they are a little more expensive than a "well-known Swedish furniture store" but certainly not more expensive than designer furniture off the shelf. In the end, it also depends on the individual wishes. Maybe I could help.

Not recommended! Unfortunately! Actually nice furniture, only a veneer cabinet was delivered first (although clearly full wood was ordered and paid for), then you wait again for months until the actual full wood cabinet is finished (it's ok, but also has holes in the inside), A small matching oak log was also promised, which I still haven't got !!!
