Chaotic communication, incomprehensible work processes that do not justify the rather high prices. This criticism is expressly not aimed at the fitters on site. Update: Kitchens Schmidt explained their point of view of the processes to me again in detail, and I update my rating from 1/5 to 3/5.

We became aware of Schmidt Küchen Mainz through a friend, and we can also unreservedly recommend Ms. Weber and her team. Our kitchen was planned individually by Ms. Weber. We liked the fact that she responded to our needs and didn't just want to sell a “standard kitchen” quickly. The advice was really excellent. And we certainly weren't easy customers because we changed our minds a few times. The delivery, assembly and connection of the devices also went perfectly. Despite Corona, all deadlines and commitments were kept so that the kitchen was installed on time for our move-in. In terms of quality, everything seems very high quality and even after a few weeks we can say that we would always buy from Schmidt Küchen in Mainz, although other studios would have been easier to reach. Unfortunately we bought our kitchen in Heusenstamm from Schmidt-Küchen. Before the kitchen was completed, we had water damage. Schmidt-Küchen Heusenstamm was not ready to dismantle the already assembled kitchen elements so that the water damage could be remedied, despite the cost estimate for installation and removal and promised assumption of costs for the additional working hours. A real disaster! We received quick and uncomplicated help from Schmidt-Küchen Mainz. A fitter came at short notice and removed the affected kitchen parts and quickly after the repair. Installation and removal were carried out professionally and without problems. We would like to thank Schmidt-Küchen Mainz for the nice support and quick help. This is real customer service !!! Highly recommended!

We have designed a beautiful kitchen by Schmidt Küchen Mainz, which was made to the last detail. Our kitchen planner was able to advise us optimally as an architect and deliver a unique design that perfectly matches our new house. We are from the "little house" for joy and can only recommend this studio!

Nice kitchen studio with high quality exhibition, top quality and friendly advice. After the first conversation our clear favorite! Unfortunately, we only got a concrete price after a second conversation, and it was unfortunately so far from our budget that we could not realize our dream kitchen here. It would have been nice if we had already received an approximate price range after the first meeting, which would have made it possible to decide whether a second planning meeting would make any sense to either side. Hence a star deduction. Otherwise, we always felt very comfortable and well advised - but in construction you just have to pay attention to the budget and this time it didn't go together. Maybe at the next kitchen :-)
