My ladder is wonderfully made, feels great and looks beautiful, the wood is great quality and smells good. The communication was quick and professional, the delivery was good, despite a slight delay (which I was informed about immediately and in a friendly manner). Recommended at any time!

Just ordered the 2nd ladder, is doing very well in our bedroom.
I ordered clothes ladder and wall brackets. It is a mystery to me how the ladder should be permanently attached to the wall bracket with the help of the supplied leather strap.
There was no response to a corresponding request.
