Bad experience. No return money back. Not respect to customer. Mostly wan you return something. False Information. I never go again there 1

Customer service was really bad. I asked for one specific product and the employee told me to go to their storage shop outside. While walking away I saw that product inside, so false information. Also employees do not care much about customers. I had to ask 3-4 employees for help before receiving an attention. I am not sure about the quality of products either.

I gave 1 star because unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars and I would heve been generous! I would never buy anymore from POCO.DE they are highly incompetence on the complete line. The shops does not match with onlinee shop. If you seeking assistance forget the e-mail service they never answer. The only thing you can do is call, but the service is useless, they do not give you any information or explenation and seems they are not there to help, indeed the only thing they say is "you have to wait" but they do not even know how long! I bought everything cash. On 7 pieces they had all of them in the stock when I bought. After 2 weeks (maximum waiting time for POCO.de) the delievery was not send yet. I called 1000 times but only answer was you have to wait. After a while they told me that there were short of stock. How is possible? I paied for that! You have to put on the side for me, that is my stuff already. Not for them, after a little investigation we find out that if somebody go in the shop and want to take your same stuff they have the priority! Nevermind if it is already sold. The onlinee people can wait forever! I am still waiting since beganning of september and today they told me to wait untill middle november. 3 month to get my stuff (maybe) paied cash! This is unaccettable for a company big like this! I am extremely disappointed! Never ever!
