Great information over the phone regarding the availability of the desired training device. After taking an exhibit with me, an accessory was sent to me by post without my addressing it. Super Service!
The first delivery went without complications. On the second delivery, my returned goods could not be found in the warehouse. I had to remind them repeatedly about the refund. Then I received a subsequent delivery that I hadn't ordered and that was the start of the whole disaster. Although emailed several times, there was no response to my messages that the collection should be organized. Repeated reminders even though I had paid and absolutely inappropriate mail traffic. It was a cheek. At the end of the day, then another reminder, even though the goods were demonstrably sent back. I've never seen anything like it before.
I ordered a pre-assembled cross trainer there.
The delivery came very quickly. Unfortunately, the freight forwarder only wanted the bulky device, which weighs around 50kg, only to the front door and the two
ask us upstream 3 levels ("that would be in the delivery conditions" was his statement).
He then had "mercy" and put the device with me in the stairwell.
The Suss company would have to check the delivery conditions here.
Very nice shop with a huge selection of patio furniture. You were given really good advice. And nothing is forced upon you. My wife and I are happy. And can only recommend this shop.
I have never seen a shop that has such a large selection of garden furniture, cushions and parasols.
With my wife I could calmly look at everything without someone standing behind us all the time.
