After having my apointment cancelled for one month and a half because of COVID 19 (which I really understand). Two days before my new apointment, i got a phone call from the people in the clinic telling me I need to do a corona Test. And If I cannot do it when they tell, then they will move my apointment even one month later. We are feeling sick and that is why we ask for help. Why didn't they told me, one month and a half ago, I needed to do a Corona test instead of moving my apoinment so far away in time. I am trying to call them way before 13:00, abecause then it is lunchtime, nobody is answering the phone....

Unprofessional and unorganized. Just waiting for a days! They don't care too much for their Patients.

Fantastic place, especially the research in Immunology!

We were Canadians on tour - I experienced problems with my legs and ended up at the hospital around 8:30 at night. They were wonderful to us, spoke English and made us feel safe, the Doctor that saw me, was fantastic, we were in and out within a hour and a half, and tucked back into our hotel room. What a wonderful experience to have - your in a foreign country, do not speak the language, scared, they made a pretty bad experience very comfortable for me. Loved these guys

Worst hospital experience ever! Time management here sucks. If you like to wait a lot and you have really good patients it's the prefect place for you. 1 and a half hours means 5 to 8 hours. Dont waist your time, go somewhere that actual cares and knows what's going on. I rate this place a negative 3.
