I have had consistently good experiences at KKM. I was given friendly and competent care in the emergency room as well as in the later operation and inpatient treatment.

Just lousy

If I could give less than a star, I would do it. Mrs. Sperling is the most impossible and unfriendly person I have ever encountered. Somebody definitely missed his job. Absolutely unprofessional, irreverent and unfriendly (more cheeky). On the one hand, one must not talk, on the other hand, one is driven over the mouth, then one repeats his request, because the lady is loud and cheeky and hangs up. Really very unprofessional! And that only because one asked for information for the purpose of nouns.

One believes to go directly to the specialist clinic to be in good hands, but unfortunately not! With strong knee pain wg fall into the clinic. Knee could be bent yet stretched. I was examined from top to bottom, got a teaspoon of pain juice and was sent to X-rays. Back again the doctor said "the ligaments are stretched I have to go to the orthopedist and need an MRI" With that and with very strong pain I was sent home. 2 weeks later at the orthopedist the diagnosis meniscal bucket handle tear must be operated on! Was not I in the clinic ?! Maybe you will be treated rather the bones look out.
