Unprofessional, incapable, inefficient and totally dishonest and rude staff. First we came to register and the staff told us it would take more than one hour. The receptionist totally lied about having said when we’re outside and missed the call then we would have to wait all over again. This information was not given, not at all. Am totally disappointed with German hospitals now.

I have now been in rheumatology for 5 days. Dr. Bester, my attending doctor, is a very competent contact person. He helped me a lot and it was the best decision to seek treatment there. We recommend.

My mother was in cardiology and pulmonology. Here she was very satisfied. Nice and competent doctors. Especially OA Dr. Grawe. On the general internal medicine ward 7a, there are sometimes smears. But expectations have generally risen. Sometimes a little is just suboptimal.
