My Casio G-Shock bracelet was broken. I've googled for Casio service center, found this place and just visited it on my way to the breakfast. It was fixed in 2 minutes and for just 2€.

I can only recommend a visit to Juwelier Willenberg. When I came to Mainz 25 years ago and a small defect in my mechanical watch had to be repaired, I was turned away by other jewelers. They did not want to carry out repairs on the collector's item because it was too risky ... At Willenberg they were happy about the beautiful piece. After a day I was able to pick up the watch again ... the "small" repair was free for me as an unknown new customer. Since then I've been happy to go there: You always had time and I was given competent advice. Many small "services" were done as a goodwill gesture ... also recently a slightly more expensive repair. For me there is no question that I will buy the next watch here in Mainz again.

Here the customer is still king. I have seldom experienced such excellent customer orientation.

A very pleasant and competent team. We immediately felt that we were in good hands there. Thanks to them, we got unique rings for our wedding that we don't have a second time.

I bought a watch online and I am very impressed by the very nice communication, the fast shipping, as well as the enclosed sweet surprise, which almost pushed the watch into the background! When I come to Mainz, I and my wife will definitely be happy to stop by.
