This incompetent jeweler managed to completely ruin my ring and only came up with the excuse that he "didn't understand what I wanted exactly". Only a hollow in the ring (matt brushed) should be filled with silver. However, he simply polished the ring to a high gloss and the recess wasn't even closed properly. When I was asked to replace the ruined ring, the only answer I received was "I'll fix it". 2 weeks later he just didn't do anything to me and came back with the same excuse. Now after another week some gray paint was painted on it and something scratched the surface and said it looks exactly like before ... Now I have a ruined € 300 ring that looks like a € 2 piece from the side of the road after he threw me out of his shop because I didn't want to accept it that way.
