Pandora

Hello, Me and my couple went to this store to use the warranty for a bracelet that we bought online in the german Pandora Store. The bracelet was defect that's why we went to the store. That day in the shop was Larissa y Manuela, i am learning german but is not enought to have a fluent conversation, so we asked to one of them to speak english, she did but she looks like she didn´t want to do it. We said to her that we want use the warranty for the bracelet because was defect. Then the other woman, start to say to her that if we didn´t bough it in the store don´t take it for the warranty, just say to them to do it using the online store because they bought it there. In that moment the woman was speaking in english to us said, sorry but i cannot help you, you have to do it via online store, from here we cannot do it. My face was like, are you kidding me?. I took my stuff and i went out, and posting this coment to suggest you, don´t go to this shop, the people working there doesn´t care anything and they are not so friendly and helpfull workers. Thank you

Pandora is a great brand with beautiful jewelry that actually deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the store in Mainz is a disaster. The management is so rude ... a company that works with collectors' jewelry should hire suitable staff who can represent the brand. Then buy it online or in other stores.

Very rude staff. I had to wait until they finished talking. Very bad advice. The two ladies where worked today have no taste at all. It's better to order everything online or buy it in another shop !!!

Anyone who wants competent, friendly advice is wrong here. If you want to experience a spectacle of arrogance and should definitely go here;) .... You have to order it online. Yes, of course I can !!!
