Very dissatisfied! 1 month after placing the order, neither a reaction, let alone a service received. Here is my experience: After I was told by a rather unfriendly rental worker on the phone about the costs (sounded fair) of a castle exchange, I was unmistakably informed that the invoice amount should be paid in cash immediately after installation. Well. I should write an email and the order would then be carried out promptly. Nothing happened after 2 weeks. After I had to call again, I was told to send the email again, indicating that it would be carried out immediately. After 29 days after receiving no answer by phone or email, I canceled the order and handed it over to another company based in Wiesbaden! GERMA: never again!
