Playing marusha and euro dance music at 2am is absolutely not my style, the crowd is at their peak because of alcoholics. If you wanna show off, it's okay, but not quite for dancing. Sorry guys, bit of disappointing in here.

I do not find the age limit, which is often discussed here, negative or worth commenting on, as each club can set its own requirements. This should certainly also guarantee that the audience is a bit more homogeneous and that guests over 30 also feel comfortable. What I find faulty, however, is on the one hand the sometimes very rough and unfriendly appearance of the bouncers. I also find the cloakroom and bar staff very unfriendly and unmotivated. In terms of price and habit, the club tries to orient itself towards a big city. Unfortunately, the audience in Mainz is simply not there and a welcome drink at the entrance reminds me, with all due respect, of rural clubs or large discos. I can only recommend the Roxy to adapt to local conditions and above all to employ friendlier staff. Even in the P1 in Munich or in the Coocoon in Frankfurt, I was served more friendly. Therefore: Do not try to imitate something that you are not, but concentrate on what you can!

The music was really good, but it was always heated up and then played again to dance inappropriate music. Beautifully designed. Only the operators were by far the most incapable. 30 minutes waiting time (unfortunately it took every time). A lady was responsible for the smoking area and was much faster.
