Pickup package store (DPD Shop)

Been here several times to pick up a package. Always problem-free and very friendly. P.S. The lady in the parcel shop cannot help with the delivery situation beforehand. Most of the reviews here can be safely ignored.

I left a very large package in the parcel shop. The parcel should actually have been picked up by DPD at home. The shop owner informed me exactly about this. Nevertheless, she accepted the package. That was exemplary and super nice. Many Thanks. Worth five stars for me. People like to go there.

Unfortunately our package was sent back .... The shop closes when you feel like it. The days are still calculated. When we asked, we were yelled at why we didn't come to the pick-up the next day. That one works is not accepted. Outrageous, cheeky and anything but competent. It's a shame ....

I fully ordered the awesome bed frame from Amazon and you know what came, only front frame behind frame side frame missing bed pad missing for pieces of wood missing who brought it the dpd only a box that rang I went down that is not there has run away. Now I complain, there's no such thing, I paid money in advance for it. Please help, I can't reach anyone, I don't know what to do

People: It's not about DPD, it's about the shop itself. Ms. Becker is always very nice and the shop has normal opening times, most of the criticism here is just foolish!
