Steffen immediately made a very personable impression on me and that was only confirmed. I think he approached the matter in a professional and structured manner and helped me a lot to recognize my own strengths and personality folds. He then researched with me what other possibilities there were to get there in my job, what suits me and where I really want to go. Definitely worth the money :)
The career counseling is really to be recommended, because after we have dealt with myself in many ways, my interests and more, I was really convinced for the first time that I had found my professional direction.
My conversations with Steffen were instructive, constructive and at the same time there was an open, relaxed atmosphere. Tips for the future are also a great help to me.
Steffen helped me to become aware of my personality and strengths. Therefore, after the two meetings with him, I now had more specific ideas about which course I would like to take or how I would best approach it. He is also very personable: D
