Absolutely superb service from this moving company. Quick responses to our questions via phone and email, always helpful and polite. The moving van arrived on time and all staff were friendly, happy and hard working. Our things arrived a week later which was good timing for us. Again, the removal staff were very friendly, polite and fast. The price was incredibly fair compared to other quotes we had received (which were 2-4 times the amount we actually paid). Highly recommended, would certainly use this company again!!

The team somehow lost quite a few items of mine during the move. Their claim process takes ages, while they charged a lot. Not recommended at all.

I have moved with Schmid & Kahlert several times by now. My company used them for corporate moves. My first move was in 2008 from Frankfurt to London and I was not sure what to expect. It was extremely professional, very friendly staff, and an outstanding service, taking care of everything. While moving generally is stressful, this part went extremely smooth and did not cause any concerns in the process and I felt very well taken care of! After this first move my company moved me to NYC, and later back to London. The moves were all done by Schmid & Kahlert as well and confirmed the great first impression. Absolutely outstanding service! So while I changed companies, my new employer did not have a contracted moving company and I therefore decided to use Schmid & Kahlert again to move me from London to Amsterdam. SAME COMPANY SAME PROFESSIONAL SERVICE! If you are looking for someone to take care of your move without worrying about anything, I can't recommend Schmid & Kahlert highly enough!!!
