We were able to make an appointment on the phone at short notice, making sure that the advisor had already visited the desired travel destination. Our consultant seemed very well prepared and tried very hard to tailor the perfect travel offer to us. This took some time, which the consultant seemed to be happy to take for us. Contrary to other experiences here, our consultant was not pushy at all. We felt great advice and would book here again at any time.
