Do not understand the good reviews. The ladies were nice, but we barely advised. In the end we had to ask for everything several times. We looked for accommodation ourselves from the catalogs, advice to zero. The travel agent then just made the booking. The one lady also seemed very stressed on the flight booking, so I had to calm her down on the phone. I actually wanted to have less stress through the travel agency, in the end we would have booked better online, would have saved us money and nerves. The best thing was that the one lady on the phone said that she had sent us the confirmation of payment and more information by mail directly - but she had not, that can be seen on the mail that I had to ask myself and no payment confirmation came. Can not recommend the travel agency absolutely.
