Incompetent employees, no price information before buying because even no idea, constantly other employees have to be asked for help, which are then just as incompetent themselves ... I do not recommend this travel agency!

!!!DANGER!!! Dubious business practices and catastrophic advice We are in the travel agency "DerTour2 in Mainz" to get information about the price and possibly a consultation for the CenterParc. Parc, period and category were fixed and we have already researched. At the beginning of the consultation, the employee first had to ask his colleague where he would find the information. Then he searched for our requirement in the PC program and failed. Whereupon he called directly in CenterParc (we would have done that too) and received a much higher price than we found on the internet. The colleague called him then, that he always has to call first at DerTour. He did so and called the next hotline number. After a wait of a good quarter of an hour and a stay of over an hour with still no information, we decided to leave the travel agency. We then wrote down our data (later proved to be a mistake), perhaps to receive a telephone answer. After another hour wait, then came the call, with the statement we have booked it now. At first we thought he had promised, since at no time was there a booking. Today we received the cancellation! We lost our lives there and still wonder how this travel agency can survive.
