We bought our Vinietten there for the vacation to Lake Garda. You pull a number from the machine on site and then you know exactly when it's your turn. The staff were very friendly, everything went super fast and we even got personal tips from an employee for our vacation. One day before departure we had to change our car spontaneously, which of course meant that the license plate on the Viniette was no longer correct. We called the ADAC office directly and they helped us without any problems or major discussions. We were able to change everything within a few minutes, so we could start our vacation calmly and without additional costs.
