Hanggtime UG (haftungsbeschränkt)

We are a family with two small children and have been spending every summer with a Hanggtime van for 4 years. We have already been to Portugal 3 times and once from Germany to and through France. We only have positive things to say about Hanggtime. Starting with the booking, which was made completely problem-free and very personally via email and telephone and every special request (child seats and co.) Was made possible. When picking up the van, it is also noticeable that it is very familiar and personal. You will be picked up directly from the airport and during the handover (which of course takes place professionally including technical briefing, photos, etc.) there are many valuable tips about the Bulli and recommendations for camp spots. During our vacation, we also had a quasi-24-hour service via WhatsApp, which was very pleasant when we first rented it. It is clear that if you are planning a vacation in the Bulli, you shouldn't expect the highest level of comfort such as air conditioning, sound system, high-end refrigerator and so on, but our buses were always in top shape and even minor quirks make such a holiday so charming, at least for us . And even if things go completely wrong, as we do for example happened last year (V-belt and accelerator cable tore within 2 days - stupid, but can just happen) you are not left in the lurch, but everything is tried to fix the problem quickly. On top of that there was even compensation for us, which is certainly not a matter of course. When we were dropped off, we were brought back to the terminal and were always given our deposit back even in the event of minor damage. Many thanks to the entire Hanggtime team, especially in Óbidos / Portugal for the many unforgettable moments! Our plan is already set for this year and we can only recommend Hanggtime to everyone!

My boyfriend and I went 8 days with a Hanggtime camper in September! Many thanks to Hanggtime for this unforgettable holiday and many thanks to Rosi in Portugal who gave us a lot of great tips! We got a camper a week before the start of the holiday! This was super well-kept and clean, also with the handling, deposit transfer, explanation, collection, etc. ... everything worked perfectly! With us everything went great with Hanggtime and we will definitely book a camper again with Hanggtime! For us one of the best vacations !! I can only recommend Hanggtime !!!

Dear fellow human beings. Dear Hanggtime team. This evaluation is intended to help everyone make the right decisions and not to regret anything afterwards, and also to give the team the opportunity to improve. I borrowed a camper with my wife in Lisbon for my honeymoon. Communication in advance was still reasonably good, I suspect that the reason was that they wanted to convince us of the Hanggtime camper. This worked, because as already mentioned, all questions could be clarified in advance and the payments were made. We were told that there are hardly any break-ins in the camper and that you cannot insure this in Portugal. Furthermore, I was confirmed in advance that the arrival time in Caldas da Rainha would fit, certain flat rates were halved because we had to take another bus instead of our first choice. When we arrived in Caldas, the first unwanted surprises came. But first things first: We were picked up from the train station and drove to the headquarters of the camper rental. All the details were discussed there and everything seemed to be in order. Suddenly they asked for the night surcharge because we have to pay it after 20:00, well, it was actually discussed differently in advance. It would be nice if you would stick to it !! Then the journey could start. Our camper was broken into the very next day, I still lack the words to do so, precisely because the employee on the phone said before the trip that something like this would not actually happen. Okay ... we didn't let our honeymoon get messed up and spent the two weeks well. Always visited campsites to avoid being robbed. We did not cause any damage. The classic car was always driven by me and I adhered to every speed limit and everything, so there can be nothing. When it was returned in Lisbon, everything turned out differently. The camper was removed by a female non-specialist and she thought she saw oil splashes on the rear window. Why can't the camper be removed by the person from whom we borrowed the camper? Resentment spread, generally after the camper was handed over there was no communication. Sometimes we had to ask twice to get answers hours later. And so it came how it had to come. € 150 was retained from the deposit due to the break-in. I don't really want to say anything more about this, except that I cannot and would not recommend the rental in Portugal. First, many hinges were missing or damaged beforehand, and secondly, they hardly cost money at Ikea. The same applies to the guide eyes of the curtain and a few other little things that were broken there. In total, simply never 150 € in life. The whole thing was done without a bill, because otherwise it would have apparently become even more expensive, seriously? ...... Continuation of the assessment in the attached photo .......
