I went to get a deworming pill for my dog which is necessary for going to the UK. I had been there twice previously as well as in other countries, and paid €8 for the pill, given by the nurse. On my last visit, the waiting room was empty, and the vet decided to give my dog a visit and looked through is paperwork which I hadn’t asked for. I had also had to wait for him for 15 while he was on a cigarette break. He had the audacity to charge me £40 euros for looking at my dog and flipping through his passport. I refused to make the payment and showed the 2 other stamps in his passport for which I had paid €8. I don’t doubt the quality of the care, but I don’t want to deal with that kind of dishonesty.

After our vet could no longer help us with our cat and made misdiagnoses, we switched to Dr. Shoe. He's professional and quick to discover what's going on. In addition, very sensitive and precise. We recommend.
