I also found the detailed advice on my queen over the phone particularly great, without having to come by with the animal. I have already been to so many vets and in veterinary clinics with her and wanted to avoid another empty trip associated with high costs and first ask Dr Zacherl what options she sees - she took a lot of time and gave me very good advice over the phone, even me practical tips given. That is not a matter of course! Most vets refuse to make any statement unless they have the animal on the table in front of them. So: THANK YOU for that and all the best to you! I give 5 stars, although I would actually have to deduct half for organizing the practice. This is often very chaotic and unsatisfactory, even though the employees are all very nice and hard-working. However, this is primarily about THE VETERINARY PERFORMANCE and that is, in my opinion, PERFECT! I have been a customer / patient there for almost 20 years, initially with chinchillas and for> 15 years with dogs, sometimes chronically ill, so that at times I was there quite often for examinations. I contacted the doctors and especially Dr. Zacherl always felt very, very well looked after. Last year, Mrs. Zacherl stood by me in the hardest hours when I said goodbye to my dog ​​at home. I can't thank her enough personally for that. Conclusion: with small cutbacks in terms of the organization of the practice, one can definitely recommend this veterinary practice very well!
