My partner and I have booked our very first holiday together this year for this year. The advice was friendly, extensive, well explained and our questions were received in all respects. Finally we went to Kos in Greece. It was a completely successful holiday and everything was right down to the last detail. Thanks again, we will book again in any case on the TUI.

Booked and paid at the TUI 1 apartment for 2 weeks in July. 4 stars for € 1484, after receiving the documents we have seen that the organizer DER TOUR is. The apartment was a rundown old building and not worth the price. In the tourist we have the TUI already informed that here are catastrophic conditions, after arrival at home, all pictures and the complaint sent to TUI. There they told us they were just the mediator they passed the complaint and the pictures to the TOUR. After 4 weeks call with the DERTOUR why we did not get an answer, the statement, there is no mail arrived. So everything sent again, after several weeks with waiting time and many phone calls we were told that the agency in Italy rejects the complaint, we should have submitted a suburb written complaint that the agency could fix the deficiencies, for this reason, we have our request Reimbursement of 40% refused. Culturally, we will be refunded an amount of € 150.00. After an objection that was not enough for us, because the deficiencies could not have been fixed on the fast we got kulanterweise again € 100,00. We have decided to give it up because we have no nerves anymore. What makes us very disappointed is the fact that we booked and paid at TUI, but TUI is not ready to pay a refund. Our conclusion: We never book through a travel agency.

Great travel agency that I can recommend to 100%. Have already booked several trips over it. Individual and personal advice, fast reaction times, top service. That's how I imagine traveling with a travel agency.
