We have already booked a few trips through the travel agency and have always been very satisfied. The advice is very professional, customer requests are always catered for and the overall service couldn't be better. We will definitely continue to book all trips, whether short or long vacation trips, through the travel agency, because that way you can start your trip in a relaxed manner.

At first very friendly, then dispatched and referred further. We booked a vacation to Egypt 10 people. Almost € 10,000. Were referred to eti Frankfurt on the phone. To date there has been no recall when the money will be transferred back. Email contact only. Today I got a letter from eti Frankfurt why they gave a bad rating. And customers would send gifts. Customer friendliness only when completing a trip. Then you have to watch how you get along. There is no reaction to writing from a lawyer. And now you can probably book with them again. I've never seen such a mess. The ratings are probably all fakes. Attention!!!!
