We have been waiting for the reimbursement of the already fully paid trip that has not taken place for 6 weeks now. There was no response to the first email. Secondly, that "you will get in touch with us in writing". As a precaution, we then informed that we did not want a voucher, but insisted on the refund. A few days later, we actually received a voucher, which we did not accept and pushed for the refund again. Only after we threatened legal action did we receive a confirmation of the cancellation via email. - only unfortunately no money until today.
The tourism industry is certainly the hardest hit in this crisis. Only how to deal with his customers here is a bottomless cheek.

We were there on a 2-day trip to Prague. At the beginning, the bus driver explained the corona and hygiene rules.
Halfway through the five-hour journey, almost everyone in the fully occupied bus was either sitting without a face mask or had a face mask under their nose.
On the way back, many even got on without a face mask.
The bus driver, it seemed, didn't care, because he didn't ask anyone about it.
The hotel was really nice.
