If I could give more stars, I would give them - this is the best in years ... FULL SCORE from us !!! We already stayed in July 2020 - unfortunately we are only writing the review now. (Google is attentive; o) and said I was with you) It's the best in years. The additional booked transfer already shone upon arrival at the train station. After a short drive, we were greeted by a modern and well-kept holiday complex. The bakery, restaurant, tennis courts and shops are only a 5-minute walk away. The old town of Passau can also be easily reached in just 5 minutes by bus. If you arrive by car, leave it there, take the bike (you can borrow it cheaply), as all other holiday guests have done, because the Danube Cycle Path is only a few meters away from the accommodation. The very nice hosts announced before arrival that construction measures for flood protection were being carried out. Well that was "nothing" and it didn't bother us. Rather, there are 1000 positive things. Nice welcome with a host gift, discount vouchers, offers and excursion folders, waiver of parking fees, which we were happy to leave as tips. The pool and unique property is an impressive class of its own. The apartments were sparkling clean and disinfected. The box spring beds are very comfortable and we came up well rested every morning. Everything made a flawless, new and modern impression on us. The internet is free (just ask the hosts for the login details). Large flat screen TV. We found the final cleaning costs for this spacious apartment / property and pool maintenance very cheap. We would have liked to extend it, but unfortunately an extension was not possible. The property is booked out! Who is surprised? We'll be back and now know how to book such great accommodation earlier in order to enjoy a few more days there.
